For the last eight or so years, photographers have been hit with the
digital revolution, and pretty much every program you would attend was about pixels and color management. The
“fix it Photoshop” mentality is taking over our industry! So
Gary and Pamela have decided to redirect their teaching to
the very foundation of great photography, which is lighting,
posing and exposing your images properly. During
their program they will share and demonstrate the intricate
lighting and refined posing that sets their imagery completely
apart from any one in their market.
They will also share with you their marketing, sales and product development ideas. It doesn’t matter how awesome your images are…if you can’t get anyone to buy them. With a high school senior average order of over $1200, they have a LOT of great information to share with you!
And a Box program simply wouldn’t be complete without covering workflow and Photoshop shortcuts! We know and realize that workflow and image quality is an issue for many photographers since going digital. Gary and Pamela will give you many ideas and concepts to streamline your work. So if you are sitting in front of your computer at 1:00 a.m. because you have to not because you want to, this program will be of great benefit to you.
Gary and Pamela have been in this industry a combined 32 years. They own and operate Box Portrait Gallery in Sapulpa, OK, which specializes in high school senior, family and children portraiture. They also have written and self published 4 books on digital photography and have recently released a “to die for” lighting and posing book titled Chiaroscuro. You will definitely want to check it out! Outside of work, they stay VERY busy with their five children.
